DOM can be found on the inside of the mattress cover, sewn in seam.
The Manufacture Code on your product or card will be listed in the following format:
09/19 (MM/YY)
Use this to enter the Manufacture Date in the box when you register your crib mattress.
09 = month(MM)
19 = year (YY)
